Bluestone Fitness

Bluestone Fitness in Ashby is great. I attend a class regularly and the gym at least once in the week. The atmosphere is very warm, welcoming and upbeat. Although the machines and equipment are excellent the key element that makes it such a positive experience are the staff. They are always approachable, helpful and interested which actually makes a massive difference to the whole experience.I enjoy it every time I go. 😊

Regular user of your gym I think the level of customer service is superb.

Some feedback should you wish to review it:

- It would be good if you could raise the water fountain as the number of times I see people having to bend down and water spills everywhere.

- Fixed micro weights/ add on weight discs on all machines or if cost prohibitive it would be great to see this implemented on the cable machine in the room parallel to the reception area initially - this would be fantastic! Or weight load increased to 100-120KG either side.

Always friendly staff waiting to greet you, they have great experience and happy to help. The gym itself is well organised, clean and more than enough equipment to use.

Bluestone have gone to a lot of trouble to prepare the gym to make it safe for their clients, the equipment is well spaced and you get a personal bottle of spray to clean down the equipment after you have used it. There are also lots of hand sanitizer units dotted around .

Amazing gym! Great range of equipment and friendly staff

Best gym I've ever used . Helpful and can't do enough for you. I have many health conditions including cancer . This gym has taken me under its wing. Can't recommend it enough.

Got a very professional sports massage from Richard, it's really helped, if I didn't live 120 miles away I would go back regularly. Can't comment on the rest of the gym but it looked very nice.

The best classes ever (all of them)🤩Every single instructor is perfect!!! I always feel welcome & being motivated, even on classes at 6am🙃Thank you Bluestone & all staff at Ashby 💥
