Poor service towards there staff.

They think its acceptable to send staff who are new to the role & heavily pregnant to cover somebody's shift which is based off there usual route which she is warm to. Causing her to travel further from home and in towns she has not been before. This caused her to become lost in the pitch black knocking on strangers doors to see if it's the patients home To find that she is lost and not knowing where she is as she has been given the wrong address details. My partners been left cold and terrified but most of all lonely & in the misty darkness of a town she has no idea of! Not only is she lost and scared at this point her petrol is low and phone is in emergency use only. Finally head office call my partner with the response of "just go to your next visit il get someone to cover" that to me is just disgusting to not acknowledge my partner being scared & lost is disgusting and very selfish. Very shocked to have to write a review like this sounds like a horror movie scene but no its allied health care not being too caring for there own staff.

They certainly need to improve their service, some of the carer's need to be more helpful and caring.
