The Gym Way

Enjoyed working out a couple of times at this gym. Very good selection of weights and machines. The other members (very few were working out) were very nice and welcoming.

Great space and layout! The team are superb and very helpful. Highly recomennded to anyone looking to have a great workout! As a bonus they no started to do some great classes too!!

It's a great little gym that delivers everything I need. There are days when it can get busy, but thankfully these don’t happen that often at the time I train. Like any business, there are always areas for improvement, but the friendly team are on site whenever you need something.

Lovely easy to use layout and freakily clean (makes my apartment look like a tip 🙄).
My favourite is the straightforward uncomplicated prices, especially for Kensington 😊.

Really unclear and poor membership cancellation; keep charging you after membership / committment has expired and also pretend that your membership has been cancelled by sending you membership expiring promos. Facilities also very inadequate for price compared to other similar gyms. Would not recommend

It’s a great gym. Not crowded and people there are very nice and helpful. Also, the classes they set are really good.

Shocking gym - DON’T JOIN.
Overpriced for what is an unclean, overcrowded, and generally poorly maintained gym.
When I tried to renew my membership after a year of being a member, they made me pay a new joiners fee (!!!!!) of £60… no willingness to budge, and absolutely no accountability from ‘management’. Ridiculously poor customer service.

Will join Puregym instead (even though it’s 20 minutes away!!!!).

Very clean and very polite staff. The boxing class is must go to! Always welcomed with a friendly hello and all the PT’s are very friendly!
