My Husband introduced me to this studio after he joined to do a weight loss challenge- which he won.
He has prefers this studio than any other gym , his exact words are : " they push me to the limit, they focus on you and work together to reach the desired goal, is an hour but is worth it .. is an hour well used"

We have loved coming here -
We burn the most calories!! It's absolutely good! You'll see results in no time!

Really recommend it to anyone wanting to lose weight or to keep fit!! Trained staff, clean facilities, quality of service!!
Best gym experience I've ever had! The facilities are kept very clean which is a huge plus, but the best part has to be the staff. The team are all very friendly and motivating and the trainers are really passionate about what they do! Keep up the great work!

I've been coming in for classes for the last two months and I'm really happy with OT. It's a tough but manageable workout, I find the stats on each session really motivating. The team looks after the cleaning/hand sanitising/temperature checks really well, the staff are super friendly and welcoming and remember to greet you by name (thank you especially Saoirse) and the trainers are always really positive and attentive (thank you Charence & Steph).

F?? Barry who? IMO, Orangetheory is easily the best HIIT workout in London. The instructors are all amazing and encouraging, the workout is always fulfilling and full of endorphins, and the gym is always immaculately well-kept and clean. All of the locations in London are great; but Islington is my favorite because I really like the community, members, staff, and coaches. It's also conveniently close to the Highbury and Islington station. Definitely worth every penny.

Unfortunately this gym only cares about money and nothing else. Recently had a membership there that I had to cancel. Accidentally emailed the wrong studio but they confirmed that my membership was cancelled. Fast forward two months and I’m still getting charged. Ask them for a refund as I didn’t go to the gym in that time thinking my membership was cancelled. They said I emailed the wrong studio and didn’t have the decency to even give me a partial refund. Pretty low and petty way of doing business. So many gyms out there that wont treat you like garbage. Avoid!

I held a membership at this OrangeTheory for 2+ years and would highly recommend it to everyone I know! I always felt at home during my time there and the workouts were a great mix of cardio and strength training. I never felt like my money wasn’t well spent. I only left due to moving back abroad, but I miss this team dearly!

I joined this gym recently with my friend, we were hoping to motivate each other and lose some of the lockdown extra pounds.

I was very nervous as I have let my fitness level go to pot, but everyone who works here is so lovely and friendly. They really welcomed us with open arms and always seem happy to see us.

The gym is clean and well thought out and very COVID conscious so every other rower/treadmill/floor workout space is coned off so nobody is right next to you while you are sweating and huffing and puffing.

The workout is tough but you go at your own pace but I am looking forward to getting fitter and fitter.

The heart monitors are addictive to watch on the screens around the room, you push yourself to go that bit harder and wrack up the splat points.

I have a massive phobia of the treadmill and every coach has spoke to me about it and encouraged me to go at MY pace and stop when I need to. I also have the option of using a stationary bike if it gets too much for me.

I don't regret joining here and I would really recommend it to everyone, whatever your level of fitness.

I was reluctant to invest in the extra expense of this gym compared to say a Fitness First, but it could not have been more worth it!! The concept of training to your own heart rate zones, rather than having a trainer arbitrarily yelling that you should be running at a certain MPH pace or lifting a certain weight, means that it's really a gym that everyone can feel welcome at regardless of fitness level and get a great workout. The trainers and staff are so friendly and motivating. I've missed my OT so much over Covid lockdown and can't wait to go back on 12 April <3 <3 <3
