I joined BMF shoreditch in 2017 to do military-esque fitness with a view to joining the army reserves. It helped me achieve that goal and I quickly came to appreciate the culture and camaraderie. The three tier bib system ensures workouts are appropriate for all levels and I believe members showing a degree of commitment quickly yield great results. I thoroughly recommend BMF.
