Joining CrossFit Harrow was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my own fitness journey. I’ve learnt so much and gained a lot of confidence in my ability to perform things I’d never dare to do before like the Olympic lifts. The coaching style is great, friendly, challenges you all in one! They know when to push you and when to scale back to support technique and build solid foundations to perform better in the future. Value for money hands down a great investment for the amount you learn in the classes. The community created by everyone makes it a place you enjoy going to, your ego is left at the door and all go through the same workout together.

I've been attending CrossFit Harrow for a year now and I can honestly say that joining is one of the best decisions I've ever made! My fitness has improved so much and I have grown in confidence, both inside and outside the box. The quality of the coaching is excellent and there is the most amazing, supportive community of people. For anyone thinking of joining, go for it!

Great box and really friendly. Joined as moved to the area a month ago, so was looking for a new CrossFit gym, and really happy I found this one. The coaches are great, super supportive and push you so you achieve more than you think you can. Class sizes are small, so the coaches can spend so time each person and give feedback as the session goes along.

This was the best decision I've made in my fitness journey by a long way. In the past I've played sports, gone to the gym, but nothing has made me feel stronger and pushed me to my limits than CrossFit with the amazing Harrow team. Highly recommended!

Started CrossFit using their Move program recently. Was advised to join by my physio after a hip replacement in late 2020. I had not done so as I felt it was not needed, but after a few weeks there are positive changes in my hip. I also had shoulder surgery in 2020, again doing CrossFit has shown improvement there also.

To the specifics of Harrow CrossFit. Friendly environment, physically mentally challenging. And the most important thing is that there is no ego, just support from your fellow Cross Fitters.
Instructors motivate with their enthusiasm.

I had intended a few months of CrossFit, but I will be be keeping at it for a lot longer.

Amazing people who are always willing to support you and tailor to your needs. The 6 week intro has been amazing teaching everything you need to know, fixing your form, 1-1 support on getting to your goals. Amazing community, everyone is so friendly and so encouraging during the workout wayyyy better than the going to the gym

Couldn't recommend more highly. Very welcoming to all, irrelevant of fitness levels. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable & encouraging - kudos to Kees & Sophie. My advice - don't overthink it, just book onto the no sweat intro & go for it!

After the first few months, I can say: The staff is kind and helpful. In addition, the site is clean and well-equipped. They are very beginner friendly. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
