Total Fitness Gym

Really friendly gym with state of the art equipment. I was introduced here by a friend and decided to have some personal training from the owner (Wael). He is always helpful and on hand to give advice no matter what time of the day. He has written me a plan and shares his vast knowledge with me in each session.

The equipment is all brand new and well maintained... the equipment is always in the correct place also. I would defiantly recommend joining here.

Great gym. Quality kit and great staff. Not too busy either so you never have to wait for a bit of kit Really good range of strength and conditioning kit too.

As a gym go’er for over 25 years, the equipment is second too non. What the owner doesn’t no about health and fitness is not worth knowing, so helpful and genuine. Spot on friendly atmosphere. 👌🏻

Been attending on & off for 6 years and it’s still the best gym I’ve been to.

Always been a very comfortable environment to work out in. The equipment is first class and is always very clean & well maintained.

The studio room is also a great place to work out in whether it be in a class or on your own.

The staff are always very polite, helpful & friendly and the owner is one of the nicest gym owners you’ll ever meet who will help you with all the exercise and nutritional advice you’ll ever need.

An added bonus is that steroid pumped meat heads are in VERY short supply meaning everyone of all genders & ages gets to work out in a very relaxed environment.

I could have leave a better review as I agree the gym is small but complete, good location, and clean. But yes I couldn't becoz of the behaviour/attitude of the owner /manager wael. , it all started from an honest mistake that he could not admit he gave a wrong change.. Missing a pound.. Yes Just a pound.. And for some reason, he decided to ignore me asking his help, and even told a friend of mine he didn't wanna talk to me. Which I find immature as he was supposed to provide assistance in the aspect that it is his job especially being the owner/manager. When I spoke to him about it, he didn't say anything.
I let that pass, not until I heard that he keeps talking about me to others being on my phone while working out.
As far as I understand, his job is to train those who asked for it, to assist those who needs assistance in there, and to accept payment.. Right or wrong? So if you are reading this, is it included in your job to mind my business?? I find that very unprofessional and unethical.
What is worse is I tried confronting him about it over messenger, but obviously he couldn't handle the conversation, and I was blocked immediately. 👏👏👏.. The next thing is he message a friend of mine instead of me that he is cancelling my contract.. 🙄..

True colors shows.. That's how he handle small disagreement.. Its like saying, nobody mess up with him because even if it was his mistake, unreasonably the quick solution is terminating members contract. Shame on you wael..

Talking about me being on my phone is never should be your business unless I'm causing problems with your other customers, which your cctv camera can prove I'm not. And I never do nothing that cause problems to you. But you and your paranoia and your attitude causing you problems. You're very unprofessional in this matter.

I was a member for nearly 3 years before the 1st lockdown forced me to quit due to redundancy, absolutely loved this gym quality equipment not too big so you can get your workout done quite quick without the faff, professional friendly owner, I'd give a 5 star review however opening at 6:30 rather than 6am is preventing me rejoining due to new work hours, however sort that out and I'd rejoin like a rat up a drainpipe 👌

It's too cold in the gym no hot water in the shower no proper ventilation and they try to scam, on my end of the contract ... only to pay one more month....the worst gym ever..

When I lived in Swanley I was a member of this gym. The facilities are excellent and equipment is maintained to the best condition. All staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. They run classes too. Will miss this gym!
