The Gym Group Worthing

The Gym group gyms are all pretty much the same. Although I have found the worthing gym to be cleaner than some and staff are helpful and pleasant.(especially the girl with the insanely tidy eyebrows) It gets a bit busy at weekends and evenings but I've never really had to wait too long for equipment.

This is a decent size gym and there is a good range of equipment. Functional... Stacks of cardio machines... plenty of plate loading and pin machines. There's a good cable preacher curl. The heavy lifting gear is reasonable for a main stream gym with lots of benches, squat racks etc. There's a really decent plate loading leg press and 2 or 3 of a lot of the popular machines; pec fly etc.

Great gym. Great team if you need any help. Always friendly.
The facilities are always clean, never had a bad experience.
It can get busy, but there is so much equipment you just jump to something else and go back if the one you waiting for is occupied. The request is to sanitise your equipment after use and this done 99% of the time by gym users.
Oh and it's 24hrs, this is a great bonus! Ive been there at midnight after work on quite a few occasions. It's great to fit your gym into your spare time, no matter when that is.

The gym was very quite tonight, low capacity which meant I got to use all the machines I wanted for as long as I wanted. That was a good work out guys! :)

Excellent staff, Toby and Beth helped me out when I was not sent my PIN code. Well equipped gym that’s also clean and well priced.

Great gym, very clean and lots of equipment. Good selection of classes available and all the staff are friendly, welcoming and supportive.

Fantastic gym only have spoken to very few personal trainers who seem lovely, this has disabled access but I have no idea how a wheelchair user would be able to move around the gym as things like ramps are, for want of a better word blocked and the door to the lift does not open automatically so you would have to rely on someone opening the door. As someone who uses crutches it's a little unsafe as floors are obviously slippery when wet and no amount of wet floor signs is going to save me from slipping over with my crutches. Another disappointment that isn't the owners fault in anyway is the equipment which is quite often not put away by users, I have quite a few suggestions to improve customer experience but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any options to do this. Regardless of some faults which sometimes can't be helped and let's face it every gym has them this is a lovely gym and it's definitely worthwhile signing up, the gym is clean and the cleaners one in particular is very thorough and dose a wonderful job. One of the best gyms that I have been to.

Great classes, equipment which is consistently wiped down, dumbbells beyond eyes reach, and best of all, open 24/7hrs a day!

Only just joined but so far so good. Has a nice feel to it and is very clean. Much cheaper than other gym memberships, but has a really good choice of equipment and quite a few classes too.
The Gym app is really good too; tracks your visits and shows you how busy the gym is.
