Alpine Health Club & Spa

So pleased I joined the Alpine! I joined a few months ago & still look forward to each session! It is really well run, everyone is friendly & it has a lovely atmosphere! The gym facilities are excellent, the classes are good fun & varied each week so it keeps it fresh & what’s more you always get a warm welcome! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Thank you to all the team!

Alpine is truly the best gym in the area! 10/10 staff and facility’s-
Never had an issue with staff they are all polite.
Equipment is always clean and well looked after.
Would definitely recommend !

After being a member for over 21years, I thought I should now write a review. For the length of my membership I have been treated with respect, kindness and patience from all of the staff. The gym is well equipped and well set out. I enjoy having my routine regularly changed, which can challenge you further, or in my case, just to maintain my level of fitness. When I do treat myself the spa is excellent. There is a wide choice of treatments to suit all.
To remain healthy and reasonably fit, I will continue to attend.
If anyone is considering joining a gym I would certainly recommend a visit.

I have been a member here for going on 20 years. I have been lucky to receive the support and encouragement of many PT coaches over the years but James stands out as by far the best. He is quietly focussed on helping me achieve my goals. Always highly professional and reliable, able and willing to adapt my plan as necessity arises. He is incredibly knowledgeable and well trained. I thoroughly enjoy my 1:1 PT sessions with him and love the fact that he is open to suggestions and able to fit my program to my individual requirements.
In addition to using the gym facilities,
I also enjoy using the Spa for my eyes, nails, facials and wonderful massages. The 3 Beauty Therapists are all lovely and provide a super service. I feel very fortunate to have such a fantastic gem on my doorstep.
