My time there has been life changing, and couldn’t thank the coaches enough for what they put together and keep building upon!
First visit to the gym, so lots of people throwing Freeweights around and sweating profusely and I was a little uncertain that I’d made the right decision.
I was also carrying a back injury at the time and very cautious about making things worse. But constant pain and the lack of mobility had driven me to make some drastic choices.
I was significantly overweight vastly unfit, and would get out of breath from simply tying my shoes (if you know you know)
Almost 2 months on and I am having the time of my life. I’m at the gym 4 to 5 days a week and the planned sessions, teamwork, family, vibe, encouragement, and professional help, which is available at every session (kind of like one-on-one coaching) is absolutely invaluable.
I am stronger, fitter , Leaner , and Meaner, and the muscle tone in my back, has increased to the point where I no longer have pain or discomfort. I can also tie my shoes without having to have a sit down afterwards (winner)
This is the best decision I’ve ever made for myself and with the consistent support of not only the coaches, but also everybody else who goes to the gym means that I have great accountability to both myself and others along with the passion and drive to get up in the morning and go throw some heavy things around.
If you’re considering joining a gym, but don’t think you can do it on your own, and get yourself down to Beyond Limits and see what is on offer. You will be amazed at how much you can push yourself and the improvements and strides you can make in your own fitness journey with a little bit of encouragement and the right direction.
I honestly cannot recommend the team enough.

I actually look forward to going into the sessions, booking is really easy, warm ups are great and then the session itself is all clearly shown on screen with the coaches demonstrating and advising/helping throughout. If you want to join a gym that is actually going to work look no further you'll quickly become addicted and miss it when you don't book in for a session.
