Odyssey Health Club

Brilliant customer service and a great health club overall. We were welcomed by Tracey who gave us an itinerary for our Spa day, with timings of our lunch and Spa treatments. We were given complimentary hot flannel and freshly squeezed orange juice on arrival and complimentary teas/coffees throughout the day. We were pleasantly surprised with the gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There's no jacuzzi. Their Spa treatments were wonderful (Gleicie was my therapist for the day and she really made me feel pampered!) and the Moroccan themed relaxation suite was beautiful to relax in afterwards. The lunch was very good and they cater for gluten-free and vegan diets.

I've been a member for about 20 years so clearly happy, I use only the pool as it's a lovely pool. The café is very good and the staff friendly and charming , occasionally use the spa, had a lovely spa day a couple of months ago , very pleasant.

I had a fantastic day at the spa with my sister, the staff couldn't do anymore for you, we both had a body scrub and massage, this was my first ever spa which was a 60th Birthday treat, would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Had a tour. Lovely club, pool, outdoor area, spa, bar. Cant wait to swim in that pool and sit on beds by water feature and budda.

Been here twice for spa days. Staff are so friendly and professional also they are very attentive to your needs. Spa facilities are excellent sauna, steam room, pool etc! And the lunch is so good with so many options and lastly the treatments are incredible the therapists are so lovely and make you feel comfortable.

Excellent leisure club, clean, well run, with high standards, and friendly professional staff. The pool is outstanding, and all gym equipment is modern and constantly updated. An award winning club for a reason.

I've been a member for 6 months now and I can honestly say there isn't anything I can fault with this gym.

I had assumed this health club would be costly, but after the poor service I had previously received in name-brand gyms in the area, I was ready to pay extra for quality service.
However, to my shock this gym offered a reasonable priced membership, with a flexibility that you don't feel 'locked' into a contract.

The staff are polite and always greet you with a smile and are on hand to assist. The gym equipments are up to date, with so much variety.
The pool is a decent size, with clean sauna and steam rooms as well.
There are so many fun classes that are relatively easy to book, although the popular classes can be hard to get into.

There so much more on offer for what you pay for, you feel extremely spoilt.

One request I would ask if we can have more early morning classes (before 9am), to accommodate the early birds 😃
