Absolutely fantastic training facility. Perfect for developing Olympic lifting skills through classes, 1:1 sessions and individual training. Circuit classes are also a great option too, with a focus on developing strength and performance opposed to many other places that simply make you sweat without any measurable progress!

The major added bonus - the brilliant physiotherapists/sports therapists on site. Can't speak highly enough of them!

Physio with Rick is great, he has fixed my shoulder, leg and elbow!!! Highly recommended. Wouldn't go to anyone eles and wr travel from the Wirral to see Rick!
