Decent size gym so even on busy days you can easily achieve a workout. Showers, changing rooms, drinking water on tap! Also a punch bag is nice to see plus it's 24 hours.

The most proper 24/7 gym i have ever been in Suffolk so far. Modern with loads of different kinds of devices you need. Perfectly fits for anyone. Lovely athmosphere, nice people and exceedingly helpfull staff. Highly recommend !!!

Good gym until you want to cancel your membership. You have to go through a series of tedious emails repeating yourself in order to cancel your membership. When they finally cancelled the membership they still charged me for the whole month yet revoked my access immediately. When I contacted them about this, I was made to phone their helpline, wait for over 30 minutes on hold before getting through for them to finally reinstate my membership for the duration of the month that I had paid for!!

The equipment is outstanding, very easy to use, the staff ( David ) are very friendly and very helpful in any situation, it’s a very clean and healthy gym to workout in and a very friendly environment overall 11/10 ratings

Great gym, good equipment, clean, however no one in the gym knows how to replace plates correctly. It would be nice if adults knew how to properly match colors and numbers. 25kg red bumpers plates don’t belong on the 5kg black plate spot.

Signed in September. Good location in industrial estate near outskirt of Bury St.Edmunds . Have free parking, gym with free weights, equipment, etc. Also have swimming pool , Steam room,and Sauna . Have classes as well if you want to join in them. Satisfied with service, BUT recently owner of the building want to sell it to retail shop even do he had contract with SportDirect for lease till 2025 I think . So if you want to help sing to leave gym opened. Not turning to another shop , we need to be more healthy not shopping around .
