The Gym Group Nottingham Radford

I Have some conclusion about gym Staff. they are all useless. most of the time they spent at their office doing absolutelly nothing. the way that they do classes seem to be more funny than the job their are doing. they have got no clue about coaching people. I have seen them doing classes they are all useless. I would not join their classes because I would be worry that I would catch injury.

Decent gym but Avoid if you use shower at the gym. As the shower pressure is set to minimum feels like a drizzle of rain honestly I’m not exaggerating here the shower it’s not good at all I go to other gym group such as city sherwood the shower is hot and good pressure but the shower in the radford gym makes you not have a shower. need to be looked at I been a member here since it’s been open THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE

Is the only gym in Nottingham where is more cold inside then outside. The heating is switched off and fee days ago the temerature inside the gym it was -5°celsius. Immediatl i canceled my direct debit and i changed the gym

Great Gym, helpful & friendly staff. All equipment is top notch. Each personal trainer is an expert in their field(e.g.) health and nutrition, muscle gain, strength training, weight loss, fat loss, injury rehabilitation, pad work & gym confidence. Air conditioning, free water fountains( water bottle refills only). It also has 2 floors. Downstairs is mainly gym equipment and weights, upstairs has running machines and plenty of room for floor exercises. Its open 24/7 and only £15.99 a month. No contracts, free wifi & parking. Even if your just starting out the staff will make you feel comfortable & help you build the confidence you need. not happy with the gym your at this is the Gym for you.⭐⭐⭐⭐👍🏾

For the price it's good I enjoy it.
I am use to old skool gyms. But mine shut down. This is the better than most other modern day gyms iv been in.

Machines are good. But you can only adjust the height on them when seated. NOT the forward and backwards on back support,There welded in situe

Great cheap gym, clean and rarely too crowded

I enjoy using the gym.
Facility is clean and tidy, and good attempt at social distancing by making some equipments not available for usage. Still enough to cater for most individuals at any point in time.
Worth the price.
