The Gym Group Burton upon Trent

Very good clean gym great equipment nice atmosphere lots of free weights and nice and spacious. The manager and his team always out to help people too. Not sure what’s with negative comments what do you expect for the price! Best place in Burton.

Great gym. Clean and well looked after.
Can be busy at times but I always find some kit to use.
AC is not always on but they do have blowers on all the time and it feels like fresh air which is nice. When it is on, it's really nice.

Would be nice to have some days in the month or hours in the week that were quiet. As in no music. It is repetitive generic gym music on a loop. Pretty much why everyone has headphones...

Some of the décor is starting to age. The wall art is falling off in some places. Toilets are clean.

The carpark is okay and they just extended it to 3 hours if you register your plate.
Sucks that there is a kabab house out front now. Some antisocial people and the carpark is close to full a lot more now. The smell does not get into the gym but it is a smack in the face when you enter and leave. All you want to do is skip gym and go eat some horse kabab...

I’ve been to a lot of gyms but this is the best by far. Huge gym floor and 2nd floor too. Staff are all friendly and the price is great and competitive.

There is no free Wi-Fi in the gym is said on your website for Burton free Wi-Fi when I came in in there was no free Wi-Fi

You guys have charged me £170 parking fine. Have had no response from you guys trying to get in contact multiple times, when signing up to the gym no one made it clear that you had to use the tablet to put in your registration. Have called multiple debt agencies that you guys keep passing the claim onto and now have doubled the charge to £340. As a paying customer I’m really thinking of leaving.

£18 a month can't really grumble at that, I go in, get me circuit done and leave.

Clean, tidy and staff are friendly and helpful.
