I have no motivation when it comes to exercise, however, since joining Body Tone a couple of years ago I actually enjoy going to classes. The trainers are super friendly, informative, make the classes fun and tailor the exercises to your own abilities. I love the fact that there are a mixed age range as well as fitness levels. I have made lots of new friends there to exercise with and always have face ache from laughing as well as muscle ache from the workout. Great ladies gym. Highly recommended.

My "go to" venue for exercising. Great for all round fitness activities, do as little or as much as you like with no pressure from anyone. Fab fitness instructors who give one-to-one sessions tailored to your needs as well as awesome classes. Brilliant for socialising as everyone is so friendly. Would highly recommend for a gentle start to exercise for all age groups.

Joined body tone nearly 4 weeks again and they always go above and beyond to help you everybody is so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. It is such a great environment to be in and has become slightly addictive 😁
