Newport Boxercise

I have been going to boxercise since the new year. It is a great work out and Mike will teach you actual boxing techniques. So much more than a workout.

A great combination of exercise and boxing. It’s hard work but enjoyable at the same time. Good soundtrack provided by Mike too!

Been going to this old school boxing gym for over a year now and loves it! Mike is a professional trainer, he gets the best out of you. All the girls in the class are lovely, tunes are banging; I always leave sweating and smiling. Quality workout!🥊
