I'm currently in the middle of 10 personal training sessions with Alex, I was initially drawn to this gym as it was women only. I haven't been to the gym in over 15 years so I was really nervous about going. As soon as I walked in other members said hello, which was lovely.
The gym is well equipped and Alex is very professional, but also very friendly and approachable which made me feel relaxed.
I would highly recommend anyone joining!

Very friendly atmosphere definitely stuck the gym out longer than I thought.
