Various Body Solid products in my gym, all good quality and built to last. Recently had to replace a small 'moving' part on one of my machines after >6years of heavy use and received excellent customer service. I am happy to personally recommend this company for both product quality and customer service.

I ordered some plates for my home gym. Part of the order was delivered on time. Part of the order I am still waiting for 18 months later!!! I have tried contacting them several times but they do not answer emails. When I did speak with a rep, they said the rest of my order would be dispatched shortly, that was months ago and still nothing. At this stage, they have essentially stolen my money. Maybe the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company or organization.

Purchased G9S Multi-gym directly from Body-Solid along with their installation service. Their installers were very professional and the product is really excellent. Very pleased indeed and I have recommended this company to all my friends and family members.

Terrible company, advertise a sale then ignore you after purchase. ignore customer emails but had plenty of time to update their sales sites to show my purchase item was no longer available.

We appointed Body-Solid service to supply and install three Body-Solid Pro Club Line machines in our newly built PT Gym. Well pleased with the Kit and so are our clients. Great to deal with and Bodysolid provided us with excellent after sales service. Highly recommend!

Purchased a Body-Solid pec deck from Body-Solid UK to complete my home gym. Excellent customer service and my order was delivered to me on a pallet and received in perfect condition. Amazing bit of kit. Very smooth and can even be used to hit rear delts by adjusting the independent arms via the plungers. For the money nothing beats this pec deck, plus very easy to assemble. Thoroughly recommend this Company.

I ordered a Body Solid GFI21 bench from these guys on a Friday afternoon and I took delivery of my order first thing the following Monday. I did not have to complete and return the lifetime product warranty registration card (that you get with the product) as they informed me that the Body-Solid warranty is logged with their service department when purchased. When I assembled the bench, one metal part did not fit correctly and their service guys sent me a replacement after I called them, without any delay. Extremely impressed with speed on handling my order and great after sales support.

We had our G6B multigym relocated and repaired by Body-Solid UK. Very impressed with the level of service we received from these guys and our gym is now back to full functional use.
