Very pleased with the furniture fitted by Harmony. Last year, they fitted out my office and recently they made some additions. They did an excellent job from design to installation. We needed some extra shelves to be added to the office as well as in a bedroom. The shelves were added to the existing designs in the room, look great and fit in perfectly.

Very pleased with our new fitted wardrobes. The standard and quality of them and the fitting is excellent. Our original wardrobes floor to ceiling wardrobes had a high top shelf which I didn’t like and stopped using. I asked Steve for pull down rails and to be set higher up and they are perfect.
Steve designed them exactly how I wanted and the fitters were great lads, their work was clean neat and tidy. I would and will highly recommend Harmony made-to measure furniture.

We have delayed reviewing the bedroom furniture fitted by Harmony in November in order to assess appearance and performance after a few of months of use. We are delighted to record that everything is just as perfect as it was on the day of installation. The whole process passed without a significant hitch (there was an error on the cut of one wardrobe door which was spotted by the installation team and speedily rectified). We had 3 quotes for the work and Harmony fell in the middle on price but was way ahead on service.

From our initial visit to the showroom, where Lorraine showed us materials, styles and quality, Harmony was never seriously challenged by any of the other contenders. Steve visited to measure and advise on how our own ideas could be improved before drawing up plans. It was really very helpful to be able to visit the local showroom to meet again with Steve (ie the same person who had done the original plan) to discuss and agree some adjustments to reflect our further thoughts on the layout.

The final quotation included the dates for the installation and the cost and dates for all the structural preparations (we used our own decorator and electrician pre-installation). All the work was undertaken on the day (and time!) specified and in a very professional manner. In particular, installers Ben and Tyler were a credit to Harmony. We felt they were fully immersed in the Harmony ethos and not just following the plan. They were very happy to discuss the ‘mechanics’ of the installation and work with me to accommodate a couple of our minor requirements (eg positioning of USB charging lead) during fitting. The installation did over-run very slightly and Ben and Tyler had to return for a couple of hours when they addressed, without question, some minor snags we had brought to the attention of the office. One of our bedside drawer units is not fixed and it is when we have moved this we have appreciated the quality of the build – no hardboard drawer bottoms or backs of units here.

There are many, many reasons we would choose Harmony again but is a few words: quality, local (hence, accessible before during and after), very approachable and obliging, professional and yet flexible in all phases of the project.

The IMPORTANT bit first, would I recommend Harmony to other people – YES I WOULD & WILL.
My journey with Harmony started on 29.06.2021 when I contacted them and stated my wife & I were seeking a company to hopefully supply and fit a new fitted wardrobe for us. I spoke with Lorraine and after our joint discussion I asked if I could make an appointment to visit their showroom, of which they were able to fit us in later that day.
During our visit Lorraine explained they were a family run business and took pride in what they made and installed. They had quite a large range of different style wardrobes and doors in their showroom. She also rightly explained because they were currently very busy and the earliest installation date would most probably be mid November 2021.
A survey at our home was arranged for 20.07.2021. Julie arrived on time and what a breath of fresh air she is. This woman knows her stuff and although I had a fair idea of what I wanted she explained because we required three sliding doors my original layout would make it difficult to access the middle section easily. Her first draught was sent to me 29.07.2021. I pondered over it for a couple of days and contacted Julie to discuss it further. After discussing it further she came up with the perfect solution and forwarded a revised drawing to me a couple of days later. This option ticked all the boxes and it was agreed this was what would be built and installed. The agreed installation was 02.12.2021. Because we were having a complete new wooden floor laid in the bedroom, Julie asked to be informed when it was completed so she could come and double check the floor to ceiling height. This she duly did, again at the time we had agreed.
The Installation; 02.12.2021. The installation team arrived at 8.45am and got straight down to business. First laying dust sheets all the way up the stairs and landing, plus covering the bedroom furniture that was left in the room. I did pop up to see how they were getting on after an hour or so. The progress they were making was impressive. The sides of the wardrobe were fixed to the wall and the base was being constructed. I have to make mention of the accuracy to detail I saw with the scribing / cutting out for the coving and skirting board. I did pop up twice more to see the various stages they were at during the day. These two young men are a credit to Harmony, they work very well together and are very meticulous to detail in making sure everything fits together perfectly. They are a conscientious, quiet team and were happy to answer my questions as to various parts of their work. They were constantly hoovering as they drilled and cut various parts of the wardrobe. I do not believe I have ever met such clean and tidy tradesmen.
When they had finished the installation, plus putting all their tools in the van, they had a final hoover round. I was then invited to see their completed work and a full demonstration was given to show how everything worked and to show it was to drawing. It was only as they left that they rolled up the floor dust sheets on the landing and stairs as they exited. A small point, but to me it again showed the professionalism of these tradesmen.
I do not believe there is a company that offers a better service, planning and construction of made to measure wardrobes in the land. To say I am very satisfied is an understatement, I am very, very impressed with Harmony Made to measure Furniture and how they run their business.
