King Bedrooms & Kitchens

Hi all
I wanted to let you know about the wxpeirence I had with this company, King Bedrooms &a Kitchens, trading under Image 47 Ltd. I need some fitted wardrobes done, and at the beginning seemed very experienced and professional and certainly gave impression the final look will be envied (based on quality of workmanship and finish). The statement couldn't be further from the reality of poor workmanship, joins showing, not clearing up and leaving a job, which I suspect was not the standard. Let me explain- despite explaining exactly what we wanted these chaps turned up with pre built sized wardrobes?, well if that was the case, could have just gone to IKEA.
They then left joins showing and didn't finish the clothes rail. Very disappointed. The owner Rakesh, tells a good story, is on you for money, but then seems to sub- contract out and then doesn't take responsibility. Just be careful using this firm. I certainly wouldn't be in future.
