Recently had this company design and fit a new bedroom. We couldn't be happier with the standard of craftsmanship or with the conduct of the people who work there. Martin & Jess who came and fitted everything were courteous and friendly, with nothing being too much trouble. Their standards of work were faultless. I wouldn't think twice before using this company again as I know they will only surpass themselves in every respect.

Extremely pleased with the fabulous job completed today by the team. Highly recommend this Company. Super efficient. Did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Could not fault them. Well done and many thanks.

So after telephoning to ask about sliding wardrobes for 4 bedrooms and a dressing room, I was told that in order for advice and a quote I would need to call in at the showroom first

Unfortunately the greeting from the lady was not at all welcoming! In fact cold and miserable. I explain I was wanting sliding wardrobes, to which I was told “why do you want sliding doors, they’re more expensive!”
What a shame! We walked away and have placed an order elsewhere

Wardrobes in two bedrooms fitted in the day. Lovely 😊 job and excellent value for money. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

Well I've just had to dismantle one of there sofas that I could not get out on my own. Sad to have to do this with such a beautifully made & tough piece of furniture. If there still made this well !! A great purchase.

Just had wardrobes fitted in spare bedroom, we couldn't be happier with the all round experience, did a fabulous job, would highly recommend, found the lady in the showroom super friendly and helpful, 5 star plus, amazingly.

Sadly not the company they were. We have used Contour literally for years. They have done fantastic work for us on the past... and at a good price. Last summer we booked them in again for quite a large order. The lead time was 6 months. OK, we put up with with that because we knew they would do "the business". That took us to December 2021. The week before they were due to start Alan the owner rang to ask if we could postpone to new year. As the place was not ready we agreed immediately on the proviso it could be done in the New Year... to which he agreed. 2 months later he rang to say he then couldn't do the work until July 2022. A year after the original order. We actually called in to ADD to the order. We rang a week later to progress the situation. Spoke to Debbie. Nice lady... but sadly she was unable to give us any date whatsoever. Alarm bells started to ring as too many staff were reported to have left the company. Really don't know what is happening (sadly). We contacted DTS Customs of Keyworth who came out immediately and they have fitted us in (having doubled their staff) within a month. I rang Alan today cancelling the order (£10,000) and he didn't even ask why.....

The Fitters Martin and Jo did a splendid job on my bedroom refurbishment. Cheerful, friendly skilled workers and a credit to the Company. When they invited me to view the finished work I was delighited - especially as they had cleaned all the dust and debris away. Left me with very little to do to get shipshape again. I particularly like the fact that Contour take away all the previous furniture and waste. I have received a pleasant and personal service from Contour when ordering and choosing what I wanted. I'd like to mention Debbie and Richard and say 'thank you". I do recommend them. I have used them before and the furniture that I had built in over 20 years ago into other family bedrooms is quality and still in great shape.
