I engaged Co-Dunkall Ltd to complete a partial demolition and rebuild of an aging house extension, flooring and demolition of a brick wall in the rear garden of my property.

They completed the work professionally, on time and to an extremely high level of workmanship. They looked after the security of the site (which was vacant at the time - and important to me as I was away) and even continued without complaint with the garden demolition work upon discovering that the simple looking wall was actually a triple concrete, steel reinforced structure (ex pond) that required significantly more work to dispose of (a particular challenge in light of the fact site access was limited so no heavy machinery was possible). Honouring their original contract - they completed the work for no extra charge and with (almost!) a smile on their face... I think that wall pushed them!

I'm undergoing a renovation project for my house and had many problems with the floor levels. So I got in contact with Co-Dunkall LTD to see what they could do about it. SUPERB customer service over the phone and were very professional and approachable. They sent someone down to do a survey and discuss the best solution for my floor. The workforce were extremely polite and did a fantastic job leaving no mess behind them. Brilliant teamwork from all the guys.

I'm so happy with the finished product and using them again to do the concrete in my new garage.

Regular communication throughout, arrived promptly for measuring and pouring, and the guys that turned up were so polite and respectful of our home - absolutely nothing splashed up walls! Extremely knowledgeable when quoting for the works, turned up as planned, respectful to our home as we weren't a typical building site, expertly manoeuvred the large truck onto our drive, and did exactly what they said they would do! We were recommended to Co-Dunkall, and we would do the same!

Co-Dunkall did a very professional job supplying DPM and screed on the ground and first floor of my new build house. They worked quickly and efficiently, gave me a credit where they had a slight overestimate on the amount of cement we needed, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.
