Great advice on helping me to select the best carpet rather than the most expensive. It's heart warming to have honest advise and people who actually listen to your requirements.
From ordering to the house call for a full measure to the final fitting was faultless.
Ok would highly recommend this store for your next carpet. You can't help but be pleased with them.

We had left getting a carpet very late, due to being mislead by another store on turn around times- making us think there was no rush. I was then in a panic it was going to be 6 weeks before I could have my house finally finished. I was recommended popping to the Watford Tapi branch and was instantly put at ease. They had a great range of carpets available immediately and managed to book me in for a measurement within in 2 days, and the fitting within 10! Cant thank you guys enough, now my home is complete! Plus the underlay is super bouncy!

Brilliant customer service by Jason in helping guide us through the carpet buying process. Had them installed by the fitters today and they look great. Very efficient installation too. Happy all around.

We went to Tapi Carpets (the Watford Store) to see if they could supply new carpets for our through lounge and hall. Because of our age, we need the full works ie moving furniture as well as uplifting the old carpet and laying a new one.

Everything went really well with the carpet ordering and fitting and we are really pleased with the result.
The booking was for Saturday but the fitters phoned to ask if they could do it Friday afternoon as they had time. We said “Yes”. They arrived at 4.00 and were finished by 7.00. They worked amazingly quickly to move our furniture, uplift the old carpets and lay the new ones.

The whole operation has proceeded very quickly with only 12 days from placing the order to completion. Everything exceeded our expectations. Well done!

We recently got our carpets fitted by the Watford store. Although their suppliers had some delays in supplies of the carpet which we had ordered. We must appreciate the services and communication with Mr O'Neil and his Manager Mr Chas who have been brilliant in providing the support and excellent service. Always service with the smile 🙂Also to state here that the carpet fitters were also very professional, accommodating and helpful with moving of the furniture and expert fitters with vast experience. They did a marvelous job to our satisfaction and would strongly recommend them any time.

We were really impressed with the fitters who laid our vinyl.
They were pleasant and efficient and did a great job.

Jason went above and beyond to ensure our daughter's carpet got fitted on the day we needed. He was professional and knowledgeable without being pressurising. Additionally, the fitters were amazing. Great communication throughout. Definitely would recommend.
