We've pretty much had our whole house 'floored' by these guys and they are excellent. Started with hall, stairs and landing, then all three bedrooms, then we did both downstairs receptions and next month we're going for the kitchen! Super helpful, let you take samples home for as long as you like and always endeavour to meet your timings. On the one occasion there has been an issue (weird thread pull in carpet - not their fault) they resolved it swiftly with no quibble - and the fitting is ALWAYS faultless. Support local - big thumbs up to Dave and team!

We had our entire house fitted with new carpets. The team were great at explaining the different carpet types and helping us choose the best carpet for our needs, not just the most expensive. The customer service was excellent and the fitting sublime.

We returned to organise new flooring for our kitchen and again the service and results were spectacular.

They have the independent shop approach where they actually get to know their customers, we found that very refreshing after visiting many chains where they just want a sale, we also found their prices to be very competitive.

Highly recommended. Great large sample sizes that give you a real idea of what the floor will look like. Fitted on time with no drama by an excellent team. Will be back for more.

The team in here are so helpful and have over the years carpeted and floored our whole house (2 houses) and my shop and provided all our beds. Great service.
