We went back for more, from Floor 24! They fitted carpet and vinyl throughout our house and when we extended, even matching stripes on the stairs didn’t phase them. Such a knowledgable, personable team, nothing is too much trouble. We are so pleased with the quality and service and will continue to recommend them.

I can not recommend this company enough. Their work is just outstanding. We have continued using them for other rooms and now getting a carpet runner for the stairs. The customer service is excellent I would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting new flooring done.

We suffered a damaged floor from our washing machine. Floor24 quoted, gave great advice prior to carrying out the work, moved our appointment closer due to a cancellation, carried out the work within the agreed timescales and left everything very clean and tidy.

The fitters were very good and we’re very pleased with the results, so glad we opted for the new skirting too, really made a difference.

Fantastic service and end product second to none once again from Floor24. Herring bone downstairs and fabulous wool carpet everywhere else. The carpet feels amazing underfoot and the wood is just stunning. Our floors were done after a building project. I needed to move the dates several time which I’m sure it must have been a pain for them, but was never made to feel that it was. Highly recommend this small business. Our Son introduced us to Floor 24, he had his maisonette carpeted throughout. We were impressed and received a quote for two bedrooms, landing, stairs and hallway. Very satisfied with the competitive price, we went ahead. The service we received was excellent as were the fitters. Unfortunately, even though we had chosen a relatively good quality carpet, it wasn't what we had expected. Once again Floor 24 immediately took the responsibility for this, despite it being a manufacturing issue. They did their utmost to solve the problem and having contacted the manufacturer which led to a visit from an independent assessor, it was agreed that the carpet was faulty. Floor 24 were always contacting us with updated information and agreed a settlement with the manufacturer. They gave us advice on another manufacturer, which we took, and our carpet was fitted by the same fitters. We would never hesitate in recommending them, they are a small firm and give 100% to their customers. We are completely satisfied with our carpet and the service which we received.

I am very happy with the work that Louise and the whole team at Floor24 did. When I visited the showroom, Louise was so helpful and knowledgable when it came to choosing what I wanted. I was looking for quality and flooring that would last. Floor24’s prices were competitive and their fitters were efficient and the flooring was fitted to high standards. When I found carpet glue on one of the stairs, they replaced it without question. So glad I used a family run, local business.

By far, the best flooring company I have ever dealt with. From choosing the flooring (during Covid restrictions) right through to the fitting, the service was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, Lyndsey happily advised on the different types of flooring. The whole team at Floor24 were more than helpful and accommodating, they had to deal with a few complications along the way (from our end), but they went the extra mile to help co ordinate everything and it was eventually fitted. I am so pleased I took Johnathan's advice on fitting etc, it looks amazing. I have already recommended them to friends and family and will only be using Floor24 for future projects.
