Tapi Carpets & Floors

My partner and I visited Tapi Tamworth after visiting several flooring specialists and we were thrilled to have received such amazing customer service. Steve was amazing, as first time house buyers, he made the process so easy and answered all our questions in regards to laminate flooring options. Steve came to visit the property a week later to measure and go over design options, within an hour, all of our flooring had been ordered. 3 days later, we received an email saying our flooring had already been delivered to warehouse!

Everyone at Tapi Tamworth has been so lovely, every member of staff have been friendly & super helpful. The whole process of ordering our laminate floors has been so easy & stress free. We are now just waiting to schedule installation & are hoping to have our new gorgeous flooring in our house soon. Highly recommend!

I've recently had new flooring in my whole house with Tapi Tamworth branch.
We did hit a few problems as the vynl was damaged but Tapi sorted it as fast as possible and I now have a beautiful newly floored house.
They have been great from start to finish the fitters were fabulous and I carn't thank them enough as it was a little bit stressful. All in all I would highly recommend Tapi I'm extremely pleased with there service and product.

We ordered carpets for our 4 bedrooms, costing over £1000, on 16th May. We were told that it would be 4 weeks until they were fitted.
We waited 4 weeks and heard nothing… so after telephoning because we heard nothing, we were told it would be two more weeks for Tapi to be supplied with the carpets and then another week to sort for it to be fitted… we ordered on 16th May… hopefully being fitted beginning of July 🤞🤞. This is ridiculous. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

My Husband ordered a carpet for our sons room
Tapi was quick enough to measure up and take our money, but kept fobbing us of as to when the carpet would be in for them to fit it.
It's been nearly 3 weeks now and still no carpet and my husband has just been told that we will have to wait another 2 weeks for them to get the carpet in.

I had my appointment today for a measure by stuart. What an absolute delight he was.he was very well mannered polite and took his time to listen to me ramble on.he had great social distance to.very pleased very looking forward to placing a order in very soon time
