Me and my wife had an extremely good experience at the Sutton store, more specifically with Adelina. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and her recommendations were simply brilliant. Being first time homeowners we weren’t sure in terms of choosing the perfect carpet, however with Adelina’s generous help the entire process was pain free. We are both looking forward to having the new carpets installed very soon.

We purchased 2 carpets in your Sutton branch and we got excellent service there from all of the three staff members. They were extremely knowledgeable, informative, helpful and professional. and we would not hesitate buying from them in future.
Our 2 fitters, who were very professional and extremely hard working, did a tremendous job in laying our carpets. We would very highly recommend them. A very special job done.
