Friendly, good product range, good service

I have been dealing with Oxbridge Carpets for 22 years, since their early days behind the Berkhamsted Tesco carpark. Richard, my main contact, and Frank, the Directors, have grown the company over the years but they still place the same importance on customer service.
Their product range is vast and because of their contract business, retail customers like us can get good deals on certain lines. They have fitted carpets, wood and Karndean in 3 houses (each time we moved) and in our daughter's London flat.
Their fitters are professional and efficient, and they come back to fix any issues, however small. 5 Stars!

Oxbridge Flooring fitted our carpets through our building developer Barratt Homes @ Clipstone Park in Leighton Buzzard. The carpets in our 3 bedrooms & landing is immaculate, however the carpet on the stairs is absolutely appalling, was fitted terribly - it doesn’t fit, missing pieces on multiple steps. Despite their customer services having multiple pictures and booking in a date in September to rectify the issue - Oxbridge failed to show. They’ve since ignored all communication via email myself & my partner have sent them. Absolutely disgusting customer services. They lack total compassion and have no empathy at all. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

oxbridge flooring were selected by the builder to fit the flooring in our new home throughout. DO NOT USE THEM. our vinyl has been re fitted 2 times, still with the same join and a lot of defects. The carpet has come away on our stairs 4 times now, oxbridge just keep apparently fixing it and it keeps coming away. it is a health and safety risk. the carpet has worn in one bedroom already and we have been in here less than a year and oxbridge have only just agreed to replace it. between them and the builder it has been an absolute shambles for flooring. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We have just used Oxbridge to lay oak flooring through our sitting and dining rooms and could not be more delighted.
From the moment I entered the showroom the advice was spot on and I had every confidence that they would do a good job.
The fitter (Richard) arrived on time and got straight to work and then worked none stop till the job was done, all we had to do was supply tea !
The quality of the fitting and attention to detail mean ls the floor looks fantastic.
No doubt it’s possible to get a cheaper job, but I would be amazed if you could get a better one !
No hesitation in recommending them.
