The service we got from Michelle in Carpetright Orpington was excellent, she could not do enough for us.
It’s a shame we can not say the same for the fitting

Hakan and Jodie were brilliant, great customer service, would recommend them to anyone looking for carpets and fitting service, great for all budgets too!

Would like to share my experience of this store after looking for carpets and flooring. I found the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Could not fault them with their input and suggestions. Would definitely recommend this store.

Visited Orpington store today, customer service was great, not pushy but there when I needed the input on what type of carpet would be best for my floors. Highly recommend going to this store!

Fantastic service from carpet right so much so I’ve travelled to this store even though I’ve one closer to me. I have purchased several carpets in the last 2 months and today I’ve returned and once again I was greeted and served by both Chris and Hakan who has helped me purchase carpets before. Both were professional and Hakan is very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend and I will be returning shortly for my stair carpet.

Just popped into Carpet Right in Orpington and met with Andy. Very helpful guy. Looking forward to getting our new carpet. Thank you.
