Omg absolutely amazing great customer service and good quality carpets when I had mine laid this morning the man was very clean and tidy and hoover up behind him he just got on and done the job. I even made him a coffee. I love my new carpets abig thank you.👍

Fab team down at Portsmouth matt was such an amazing help we picked our flooring for hall and living room. Had the living room fitted before Christmas and they kept hold of the hall flooring for us due to not being able to have it fitted at the same time because of an issue with the sub floor in hall then came back and had it fitted for us once we had the issue corrected. Amazing help again from matt in store and all through the process and the fitters were amazing and so clean and tidy did a wonderful job will be back to have the stair carpet and landing sorted soon. Thanks guys

My experience with this branch has been a nightmare mis sold from the beginning questions now I know which should have been asked were not from what should be expects in there field. The fitters when they arrived at midday decided once walking around I should have carpet not vinyl which was a parquet pattern perhaps because a small hall that was full of doorways and not straight forward (which was sold to me would work even to way it should go down and marked on the plans) Arriving holding just a can of glue really wasn't going to be enough. They did say I had more then enough vinyl was I sold much more than required? Expects in there field NO please be aware of this branch and definitely would not use no faith no trust bad service.
There office did make contact once I had recalled my money as nothing was fitted and the vinyl returned they agrred my experience was poor on there side and would ring back I am still waiting on that call !!!! However they are claiming £89 from my account for the privilege of poor service poor materials poor fitters a costly bad experience and still no vinyl a stressful experience with this company. CERTAINLY NOT EXPERTS IN THERE FIELD WITH POOR FITTERS WHO CHARGES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE A BAD SERVICE FROM THE PURCHASE TO FITTING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO REFUNDS GIVEN BE AWARE

I called asking for a quote to get some carpets replaced. A guy called Matt, I spoke to over the phone was rude, unhelpful and said “how can we quote if you have not selected the carpet you want?”. Well, I would have liked to have seen some samples maybe, or even discussed some suggestions on what carpet would be best, that would help, nope, they can’t quote unless I have selected the product I want. They obviously don’t need any business.

The manager of this shop will work out the cheapest and competitive deal around . Great customer service and very polite .

They said they will call with a quote and never did. Poor experience based on that, I would not recommend them

Had them come in and measure the carpet for us. You would think they would know how to do this but they got it wrong so we have a three step gap in our carpets right now. Not even a small error. 3 steps is a lot.
Also, didn't put gripper on the order. Would forgive this if we hadn't queried this prior to fitting after noting it was not on the invoice only to be told it was okay. Nasty shock for the poor fitter.
Just poor tbh. Lack of attention to detail. Now need to take another day off to get the stairs rectified.
