Shannon could not be more helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond to help us order carpets from here and sorted fitters in Enfield. The young guy was very nice too. Shannon was on hand for any queries-she’s best in class

For 2 days ago our bathroom floor should of been layed on Wednesday 5th the guy turned up and told us he couldn't do the floor because the floor needed to be underplayed with plaster to fit the floor we chosen which we was not told at the shop when purchased so after taking time of work taking stuff in and out of the bathroom for the pass two days after beeing told the guys would be here this morining to start the job friday 7th no phone calls no communication from the shop I've now decided I want a complete refund and to reimburse for the 2 days I've taking of work for nothing today these guys should of come back to do the job again we are sitting here wasting our time we have called the shop a about 6
times without any call back just have a machine to say the shop is busy, yet ive been to this shop many occasions and never seen anyone else but us in this shop, theres still no show of the workmen today and I'm im fed up of waiting I will be dropping the materials off to the shop and demanding my money back I would not recommend this shop in Aylesbury the customers service is unbelievable poor just wasted our time and now we have to look elsewhere to get this bathroom completed just a joke.....what ever you do DONT USE CARPETRIGHTS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNBELIEVABLE DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMERS NO PHONE CALLS OR APOLOGIES TO US FOR THREE DAYS A COMPLETE JOKE THIS SHOP IN AYLESBURY ARE USELESS, QUICK TO TAKE YOUR CASH AND CANT GET THROUGH WHEN NEEDED COMPLETELY UNBELIEVABLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE GUYS STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHOP

Ordered a bed in December as my son fractured his hip and needs a high bed. 10th January the delivery failed as the wrong post code had been put on my order. Tonight a week later I have just received only a mattress. No explanation as to where the rest of the bed is. I am utterly disgusted.

We went to the Aylesbury store quite late on a Monday evening and luckily for us the store was nice and empty. We started browsing at our own leisure and when I had some questions, We met Samuel, who was working In the store that evening. He was brilliant and showed us our options within our price range but meeting our requirements. He was incredibly knowledgable about the underlay too which was super helpful! There was a free fitting promotion running and he really helped us get the most from the promotion, working and reworking our quote until it suited perfectly. Samuel was awesome and made the whole process so easy- we will be back again for the rest of the house!

I am absolutely livid with the store in Aylesbury!
We were promised our living room floor was going to be fitted on Monday so my husband took the day off work. After not receiving a call, we called the store to be told they would be with us between 15:30 and 16:00. The time came and went and we were now on 17:00, called the store again, he will be with you within the next 30 minutes or so. 18:00 came and still no fitter, called the store again, he was caught up on the last job so will be with you shortly. 19:00 came and still no fitter, rang the store again to be told the fitter isn’t answering his phone! So no installer will be out today but we can have a morning appointment tomorrow - which we couldn’t do as funnily enough, my husband needed to be at work.
We were promised an end of day appointment that would be after 16:00, and were told twice that day that he would be out. We rang the store at 18:00 as he had still not shown, to be told that he won’t be coming out today as they don’t usually work past 17:00.
So we still do not have any flooring or an appointment because there was nothing available the next day! Currently we are sitting on the floor in our kitchen, with our living room furniture around us!
This has been the worst customer service I have EVER received and would avoid using this store like the plague - if I could have awarded them 0 stars I would have!

Shannon is the most helpful member of staff in this place! She goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with your order and always will do her very best to help get the best deal possible.
