Tapi Carpets & Floors

So we ordered a carpet which was supposedly in stock in store.On the due day of delivery we got a call to say it was damaged. We went down to the store to reorder another carpet. They said it would be in within 3 to 5 working days . We asksd for free delivery which they agreed to. 7 working days later we contacted them as we had heard nothing. Yes the new carpet was in stock and they would deliver it the following Monday morning. Surprise surprise it didn't arrive. Should come tomorrow between 9 and 10. Here's hoping!
Won't be rushing back. Usually go to Carpet Right and don't get these issues.

Excellent customer service from the staff in our local Northampton store. We received friendly, helpful advice regarding our choice of carpet & agreed a convenient date with preferred afternoon fitting timeframe. The fitter Paul contacted us to let us know when he would be arriving. He arrived promptly as agreed. He was extremely polite & very professional. He did an excellent job fitting our carpet & even vacuumed the room on completion. We are extremely pleased with the results. We would recommend Tapi & the fitter Paul to our family & friends. Went in over the October half term not sure on which carpet to buy but knew I needed it ASAP, knew the colour and had the measurements. Spent about 45 minutes in there! The salesman named Tim was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I eventually chose a carpet, it was cut for me, carried to my car and I must say the service I received at Tapi was better than others thats why I went back there. The staff is friendly, they greet you at the door, they listen to the customer, they are supportive not impatient at all. The carpet looks amazing for the price and I will definitely be going back there! Many thanks to Tim, you are a credit to Northampton Tapi Carpets! 👍

I ordered something, and they fitted something else,if I want to be fitted what I ordered need to pay 450£ more,so...take care!!!

Paul and Nick are an absolute pleasure to deal. Superb customer service throughout despite me being very particular. The fitting completed by Steve was second to none and I could not have a single complaint. Visited yesterday 10th July, you cannot just walk in as they have ropes up and a sign saying you must wear a mask - fair enough. So a man came over and demanded to know what we wanted, so we explained that we would like to look at the lino and he bruskley demanded that we use the sanitiser and then let us in. We chose our offcut and headed over to pay for it - a different man was on the phone so we waited but instead of finishing the call and then serving us he just keyed the amount into the card machine and pushed it over to us without even making eye contact. I've not been anywhere and been treated this rudely by multiple members of staff before... I will not be returning and if I could give it 0 stars I would! On a side note the shop also smelt off body odor which is weird as clearly the staff there put in no effort 🤔
