United Carpets and Beds Arnold

Do not use, I've been strung along for a whole year being told it will be fixed and there contractors have public liability insurance that doesn't cover them when they do a terrible job. My floor has been left worse off!!! It's going to cost me twice as much to get it fixed by actual professionals.

Don't think the cheap prices are a great deal. You get what you pay for....

Had flooring fitted with numerous problems. Gaps in beading. Floor shockingly bumpy and took a number of weeks of fixing and still left in terrible condition. Salesman at Arnold promised to fix everything and strung us along. Sub contracted fitters they use are not covered for poor workmanship. Continue to say what we want to hear but ultimately no outcome and no money back. Avoid!!

An excellent service from the initial quote by Andrew to the fitting by Simon. I visited the Arnold shop and got an incredibly professional service from Andrew, with excellent honest advice as to which carpets would suit our needs. He visited the property, measured up, took care of all the paperwork, and provided an outstanding team of fitters who were friendly, professional, and amazingly quick, fitting seven rooms, two flights of stairs and two landings in a day! I can’t thank you enough.

Be warned that these guys use independent fitters and will take no responsibility for their work. Our carpet has been fitted loose, uneven and crunches under foot. The fitter didn't take their trade waste away, as they're required to, leaving gripper rods strewn across my kitchen for my toddler to step on.

Don't use them.

I had a bad experience with carpet right across the road so popped over to these guys!! Let me say, Andrew is fabulous, great customer service! It was an easy process! Me & my partner couldn’t do in the week so we asked for a Saturday and Andrew came and did an amazing job!! Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using you again. Thank you so much! I was two weeks ago in
this store because I needed to buy a new stair carpet.
The lady suggested that someone from the employees would come to my house, and measure the stairs for me. I waited all day for someone to call and come, but unfortunately no one called. Two days after the scheduled visit, I called and she said that all the employees were busy.
I understand everything, but it was enough to call and say. To this day, after a few phone calls and promises from this Lady, no one has come. To sum up. If you like to wait for something that will never be there, this store is perfect...

Wanted new kitchen flooring so choose one. Young man said to measure up and he would give me an estimated quote then come and measure up himself. When I went back with the measurements a woman at the desk said they were not suitable and I would have to come back with more accurate ones and that was before any service was given. I refused and said I would go elsewhere. Can they afford to turn business away particularly in this economic climate. Perhaps the person who dealt with me needs some training in customer service. She was very pedantic.
