We had a great experience right from choosing our flooring in store (colouring kept the children occupied), through to organising fittings and having our new carpet and laminate laid. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service from everyone we dealt with. Thanks very much.

Helpful staff, wide selection of carpets. Plenty of parking.

Very wide range of carpets at great vaule. However on entering your greeted with a very very overpower smell of male after shave. Staff are helpful but are quite quiet.

Went there last weekend to have a look at the flooring. Ben was very helpful and patient, showing us different ranges of carpets and vinyls as we requested.
It may have been better if there is more active and assertive consultation to give expert opinion as we are not familiar with the flooring choice. But overall positive experience. I will edit this review later once the flooring has been completed.

Seems much less competitively priced than it used to be. Shame
