Bought a Karndean floor here to fit myself. Very helpfull and knowledgeable. Large range of flooring. No pressure. Good price. Highly recommend.

My Mom and I visited the store yesterday. They had the most beautiful tile display in the window which my mom really liked.
We walked in and had what can only be described as a "Pretty Woman" experience.

My mom asked how the tiles in the window can be achieved and the response we got was "they work out really expensive"

This is not a valid response.

We will not be returning to this store, ever.

There is a good selection of wall tiles and flooring, both Karndean and Amtico. The staff in the shop are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Hayden fitted the Karndean flooring in our en-suite and has done a great job. Would highly recommend Staffs Tiles and Flooring

Would highly recommend this store for your flooring needs. At the first visit to the showroom, we were felt welcomed by Billy and his colleagues, The members are highly knowledgeable of their products, helped us decide on the particular flooring, liaised with the floor manufactures to ensure it was right flooring to go on to a newly laid hydro under floor heating system and kept us informed regularly of progress.
Once we started developing a good rapport, we were able to sort out our needs and finalise the project over telephone and email correspondence.
The floor laying was undertaken through the showroom team. We had a great service from Chris and his team right from time of initial inspection for measurements, to interim inspection of the property once the builders had done their work, to final lay of the flooring. Friendly staff and good communicators. They appreciated our needs well and we are totally happy with the work done. Flooring team left the place clean and shining (and not all floor layers do that).

Shopped around to a number of places yet Stafford Tiles were prepared to listen to what I wanted coming up with some good ideas to get the best outcome for me. What started to be a tiled kitchen floor ended up being added to, with a walk in downstairs shower room complete with tiles floor and wall and shower cubicle. My attention then turned to the bathroom and they provided wall tiles, flooring and bathroom suite getting a plumber who worked in conjunction with them. I dealt with Chris more often than not but all of the staff worked as a team, a family that were pleasant to deal with. Yes I would definitely recommend them as they do not rush to sell you something they take time to deliver what is best for you. Thank you Chris and the rest of your Team!
