Excellent service

I ordered a carpet for my baby's nursery and the whole process was faultless from start to finish.
I went into the shop and was greeted by Volkan who was lovely and helpful. He helped us pick out a carpet. He booked the room to be measured the following week. I then received an email later on that day with a quote for the fitting and the following week I had my carpet fitted! This was all done in 2 weeks. The 2 fitters that came were really lovely and professional. They did a great job and left the room in an immaculate condition. Volkan that called me the following week to check whether I liked the carpet. Very good customer service! It's very rare these days to receive good customer service so I wanted to share this review of my good experience.
