Would give a 0 if I could! Absolutely shocked by the service given from carpet right. Me and my partner were very pleased choosing the carpet and how easy the sale was how ever the store got the pricing of the fitting wrong and has left us £100 out of pocket. After being. Put through to the manager who was unbelievably rude over the phone towards us, we are still not any closer to solving the issue discussed in the first place.

Served by Andy Cole, who went the extra mile for me and measured my carpet and placed order on morning/day.
Order will also be fitted within two and a half weeks.
Helped me with order of bedroom carpet for my rental property and nothing was too much.
Good choice of carpets at competitive price, good parking outside the store and excellent customer service.
Would recommend them to all my friends and family.

My partner and I bought our new house and we didn’t like any of the flooring the developer offered. We decided we wanted to buy our own flooring and so started to browse the local carpet shops. We went to carpet right in Taunton and found exactly what we wanted and also found out they could provide stair runners which was brilliant.

After deciding what carpets and laminate we wanted, we placed our order with Steph in store. Steph gave us a really competitive price which was absolutely incredible considering we had a whole house to floor.

There was a minor issue with the order/fitting process but we were really pleased with how it was resolved by the store manager, Ash. Ash was quick and effective with the resolution to the problem and as an additional gesture of good will, has offered to make our spare off cut of carpet into a rug which is brilliant. The communication throughout has been fantastic and we are really pleased with how the carpet and laminate are fitted. The quality is brilliant and it is just what we were after.

Overall, we are really happy with the process and the quality of the flooring. Ash has been brilliant and the overall price for our order was the best we were quoted for by far.

Found Ashley and team to be very helpful, was not disappointed with my chosen product, and could not fault the perfect fitting. Overall absolutely delighted, although there seemed to be quite a lot of off-cut carpet at the end. I can recommend this company!

We started the process by visiting the Taunton store, getting some advice and looking at the options of different carpets. We then ordered on line colours to help us make our decision, we were then down to two final options.
James came out to measure up and was a pleasure to deal with.
We then went back into store to make our final decision on which carpet would suit our needs.
Ashley was a great help in this process, we took on board the advice he gave for both the carpet and fittings. His knowledge was greatly received.
Ashley made the final stage seamless and we came away from the store very happy and satisfied with the service we received. And of course the price was just right

Friendly staff, very well informed. Good selection of carpets and flooring but as with all companies a few colours wouldn't go amiss. A slight blip with the quantity of flooring ordered but the manager went above and beyond to resolve this super quick.

First time we ordered our bedroom carpeted, was an amazing experience. Steph couldn’t have done more for us. However this second time whilst ordering the carpet for the rest of the house, we have visited the store 3 times because they don’t answer the phone and no one understood the quote they had provided us. We have now paid for the carpet and was told we would receive a call last Thursday confirming when it will be delivered and too get us booked in for fitting before Christmas and I have tried to call them 11 times since Friday and no one is answering. Yet again, we will have to physically go down to the store just to get an update. This is ridiculous!!

Steph was helpful , made good recommendations , and let us sample the underlays under our chosen carpet and explained and showed us accessories and explained fitting and after sales process excellent.
