Great choice, value and service. Although the premises are not as large as some similar businesses, the choice is more than ample. The prices are very competitive and they promise to beat any genuine quote. Their main selling point is their really excellent service which is second to none. From choosing your carpet to getting it down on the floor is frequently less than a week. The fitters are really fast; and also do a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

I had a bit of a wait but they had a sale on! I used their own measuring service & was very pleased with the service. My only critique is that they didn't carry out their hoovering service as I have a Dyson & the fitter advised me to leave it for at least half an hour because of the strength of the hoover. Other than that I am very pleased.

Can't fault- from very helpful salesperson who found an ideal carpet at very reasonable price, fitter turned up exactly on time. Fitted within half an hour, including hoovering and tidying up room - very professional job at a very good price. Highly recommended :)

Just can’t rate Tapi Carpets Kings Lynn highly enough! Superb service right the way through from the initial visit to measure up, the consistent communication from the store to inform when our carpets were ready to be fitted. The carpet fitters, so helpful and nothing was a problem. We loved the first experience we went back for more and have now had hall stairs landing and front lounge done. The quality of the carpets and underlay is of such a high standard and very reasonable prices- an important fact in the current times.

We chose Tapi, Kings Lynn for our new laminate flooring. We were really pleased with the look of the flooring once laid but unfortunately there were some issues that needed addressing and Tom, the manager, and his team at Tapi were absolutely fantastic in their response to rectifying those issues. We would also like to give a mention and a big thank you to Joel, the fitter, for all his hard work in making sure that everything was rectified and that we, as the customer, were happy. We would thoroughly recommend Tapi.

From shop floor to the fitter,we could not fault them. The salesman was extremely helpful with this and a future purchase. The fitter was attentive and professional and carried out the work cleanly and respectfully. We will definitely be using Tapi for carpets throughout our bungalow next year

I have just moved into a new home and needed new underlay and carpet throughout. The sales guys in the kings lynn store were lovely and really helpful. Really happy with the service I recieved in store. They arranged a carpet fitter to attend quicker than other stores I had asked. Dan the carpet fitter was fantastic. Both he and his colleague were friendly and professional. Really happy with the price and couldn't ask for a better service. Even though I bought carpet from the cheaper end of the scale, they are fantastic quality and I now have a super soft squishy haven for my bare feet! I would definitely recommend this store.

Very poor service, went into King's Lynn branch and sales guy had no interest in us. Gave no eye contact while no spoke to us, just looking around shop. He recommended we go to another carpet shop!
So we did, not going back there ever again.
