Adam and his team provide an excellent service unmatched by the larger chain stores. Their knowledge of carpet types and suitability for different contexts is both impressive and helpful. They're happy for you to take away the 17 or so different shades of the same colour sample to agonise over in your home and will order more if none of them are quite right.
Importantly things like appointment and fitting times are met and you're left with exactly what you want at a competitive price.
We've used Carpet Gallery twice, for a bedroom and the stairs and landing, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Excellent carpet and flooring specialists. We've used them several times over the last 8 years and have always found the staff to be friendly, professional and helpful. They stock a fantastic and varied collection of flooring and carpets. We are about to complete the flooring in the last few rooms if our house. Profesional reliable excellent service. We were searching for advise on flooring throughout our ground floor. We had checked on line, asked in various flooring stores.
