Purchased my carpet today. The shop assistant was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Highly recommend.
I have reduced my star rating from 5 to 3. Customer service dreadful I have been ringing all morning an no one will answer the phone. Really not impressed.

I've bought all my flooring here. Carpets, underlay, carpet grippers. I got a price within 10 mins of entering the store. More importantly for me, it was miles cheaper for a similar carpet. Installation next week. You just can't fault the service really. Very happy.

Helped by Liam B in Llansamlet, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Managed to arrange a home measure appointment for same day. Gareth came and measured he was also very friendly and professional. Great service so far.

We found them overpriced and reliant on changing promotions, with the same or similar products available next-door for less. I would recommend you do your research well in advance so you don't get rushed by some "time-limited" offer

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!! STAY AWAY!!
The carpet I had fitted was cut terribly around my fireplace, management came out (Tom) to look and described it himself as "a bad job" so promised he would rectify this by fitting beading around it to cover it up, so I agreed. This was November 2021 (it's now mid Jan 2022) since then Tom has completely ignored my many phone calls - except the one this morning where he palmed me off to a colleague who told me I would have to take them to a smalls claim court if I was unhappy.
Awful customer service, zero customer care and overall the worst experience I have had.
Would NOT recommend and will never shop here again. Honestly one of my biggest regrets
