I needed a quality bed and this was the place a large selection to suit all pockets... Really helpful staff polite and friendly without being in you face... I selected my bed with all my questions asked... Highly recommended

Was ok till salesman pushed his way into my space & £200 carpet mounted to nearly £500 with underlay fitting bits & bobs. Only wanted a runner ..

Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and informative when buying a rug in store. Also had a deal with black Friday event to absolute steal. Thankyou to the staff at pontypridd store.

The job the fitters did was fine by far from happy that they didn’t tell me the shop that I need to give the fitter £50 cash.

I’m not going to go back in hurry, atm feeling robbed.

We attended the Pontypridd store just after midday today with the intention of purchasing a carpet and having some questions answered. Upon entry, the employee didn’t even look up to greet us. We stayed for about 15 minutes browsing and still no help was offered. We left the store and are upset with the awful service.

Ordered carpet weeks ago - still waiting for fitting date, promised a certain date now back tracking, received order confirmation and paid - and told they have not placed the order on their system, how is that the customers fault?
Please do the right thing Carpet Right?

I have emailed and am waiting for a response as this is still not resolved!

Awful customer service, days wasted waiting for carpets to turn up, when finally fitted they damaged my recently renovated walls AND left dirty hand prints all over my babies freshly decorated nursery/bedroom!
