Our laminate floor was purchased whilst they were trading from Taffs Well some 15 years ago. It still looks as good as new. The kitchen dining room divider has worn, it is the highest traffic area in any home. Calling in to get a replacement was a real pleasure 'customer service at its best' , thank you very much, I have and will continue to recommend you anyone considering reviewing/replacing their floor covering. The finished result is outstanding. The colour and grain and characteristics of the wood are brilliantly highlighted and the new look has transformed the downstairs hallway and main living room. We are delighted.

After taking the time to contact Celtic Flooring and sending them floor plans and photos to get a quotation I had to chase them after a week of no contact, only to be told to go elsewhere, Bad customer service and wouldn't recommend them, Only takes a minute to send a quick email.

Fitted LVT over damaged parquet, offered a solution that no one else did to not removing the parquet & ending up with a massive job on our hands. Fitting day was really easy & job done quickly. Happy customer

Really pleased with my new laminate floors (quick step desert Oak Warm Natural) It was done quick and professionally. From the bedroom to the living room it has a great finish.

I have just had my hall, landing and stairs carpeted and my lounge laid in laminate flooring.
I am absolutely delighted by the work undertaken, the time frame and no mess whatsoever.
The father and son worked methodically and were unobtrusive and so polite.

On the second occasion, got a quote for my kitchen, when it was fitted, the fitters removed a large pot and killed my plant, without asking permission and didn't bother putting the plant pot back, when challenged they were very defensive. Asked for a quote for laminate in my bedroom, said they would get back to me, never did had to call them was told they had forgotten to ring me customer loyalty nil.. Would not use again.
