Carpet and Bed Newport

Had a total revamp since last visit,showroom looks great better quality stock and layout very impressed.

Beds are incredible quality, delivery is really fast and the guys that deliver are fantastic. We weren't looking for flooring at the time but noticed that they had a great selection of carpets, laminate and vinyl so will definitely be returning when we're ready. Great shop 👍

Excellent service and product from this company- just had my laminated floor installed by Darren and Gavin in 30 degree heatwave- we needed an extra box and beading ( don’t think I measured the room too well) and the lads phoned through to the shop and I was able to order more supplies over the phone and the lads went and picked it up for me. End result looks amazing. Really satisfied customer

We purchased a lovely mattress and pillows from these guys. Not really knowing what to go for, Nathan gave many options and overall recommend our MLILY 3000 series mattress was the one to go for.
It's very comfortable, incredibly 'dampened' (doesn't bounce) but still soft.
Wife loves it so im in her good books 😂
They delivered it even though we were quite far away.
I'll see you again for a future purchase, although probably not a mattress as this good quality one should last a fair few years.

Carpets fitted throughout the house, great customer service from Nathan and Darrin and can't fault the fitter Darren.

my experience with the shop itself was good, staff were friendly and helpful and the price was also decent. However, myself and my partner purchased the carpet with fitting. i worked the day of the fitting and found when i came home that the fitter had overcharged my parter more than the agreed price and also had done a poor job as you can see from the photos of the stairs. i contacted carpet and bed co and the owner apologized and sent the same fitter back to my house as he had not put the gripper join between the bathroom and the landing. when returning the fitter informed me that he did not have screws long enough to screw down the gripper so i did not see why he even bothered to return they did give us free join tape for the downstairs areas but i would just preferred a decent job done. again the shop itself were very helpfull but i strogly suggest getting your own fitter. (this was from roughly a year ago only just round to reviewing it)

Wow! We had a mattress of these guys 2 weeks ago. Mattress was ordered on a Monday and was delivered to us on Friday of the same week. We have had the best 2 weeks sleep of our lives. Always use this company for our flooring and find them to be reliable, extremely helpful and friendly.
Prices are competitive and the fitters are superb.
