Floor Giants Merthyr Tydfil

We decided to have work done on Saturday. Called in to floor giants Merthyr within 2 hours it was measured .....5 days later its complete apart from a few trims to be done tomorrow. Very helpful friendly staff....I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.....thank you floor giants.

Buyer beware! Bought flooring from Floor Giants and, while the flooring itself was good quality, the service was anything but. The free fitting is misleading, and is instead deducted from the price of the carpet that often isn't enough to cover the actual cost, and we were put out of pocket for the "free" carpet fitting. We were quoted a price for flooring, and trusting that the staff had the expertise and included everything we would need, accepted. We later found ourselves needing to pay over £150 more just for the missing extras as they were not included in the price we were quoted, and estimates on fitting were totally inaccurate. The floor looks lovely now, but there could be hidden costs you're not prepared for.

Really pleased with my purchase very helpful and flooring looks good.

Unfortunately had a negative experience with their recommended fitter. Will definitely purchase from floor giant in the future but we would find our own fitter.

Salesman was helpful and polite,gave us a list of preferred fitters, we chosed Klye he came with a friend took the old floor up and fitted in a day amd cleaned up afterwards brilliant service

Great service today! The flooring we wanted had 2 boxes less than what we needed but the salesman (Simon) offered to pick up the other 2 boxes from the Swansea store himself for us to pick up later on from the Merthyr store this week. We also had discount for this ‘inconvenience’. Can’t fault them.
