Tremendous after sales service - I had a problem with Laminate floor. It was breaking up on several of the joints. Even though it had been down for almost a year, they send a fitter out to check and within three days they had completely relaid the floor. Found both the sales man and the people laying the laminate very customer focused.

Excellent service. 4 years interest free credit helps massively. Fitters were really good and very accommodating. With building works still going on in my house they have gone out of their way to be really helpful.

This is a very good carpet shop. We have used them several times now for different rooms. The do have a good price but we look at the discount carpets at the back. The first time we found an awesome Star Wars carpet. Even the off cuts are big enough for large rooms.

Never have I received such awful customer service in my entire life, especially from such a reputable company. Our flooring was fitted in January 2020, and to this day it is still in need of replacing due to the fitter not allowing enough room for it to expand, which caused it to raise. Granted, during lockdown this wasn't feasible to correct, but I raised the issue (with receipt of acknowledgement in March). Since early August, I've lost count of the amount of times I've called the store to get this rectified, to the point I had to physically visit the store to speak with the manager. He then visited our home the following week to assess, and both he and the fitter (when he could be arsed showing up) agreed that it had been fitted incorrectly and that it would need replacing. The staff left it to ME to liaise with the fitter throughout, to which took 4 attempts for him to turn up. The ineptitude, incompetence and unprofessionalism of the staff at this establishment is beyond words. It's been a month since our last conversation, despite further calls to the store, but to no avail. I've exhausted all means of communication that I'm left with few other options other than to leave this review and seek legal advice, which is now is process. It seems their customer service department is also as inept as the in-store staff. Email of complaint sent days ago, again without any receipt of acknowledgement, nor a response. Citizens Advice and Trading Standards have both been contacted to further escalate the issue. I will never be using this company again, and I implore anyone who reads this review to think twice too. I've been more than patient, and have given these people more than enough time and chances to resolve this. I would genuinely give them 0 stars if it was possible.

*UPDATE* 10 minutes it takes to receive a response to a bad review! For good measure, I screenshot my initial complaint email to Benji, as a reminder, only for it to be ignored...AGAIN!

Over estimated total carpet needed, click & collect you can not have it fitted by carpet right?? Apparently it’s managers Discretion, website doesn’t mention this! Wanted to charge delivery for a big purchase when paying full fitting price! Sorry I won’t be back and Richards carpets Barry had our sale! Free delivery too!

Cant remember his name but he was a right grumpy so and so from showing us the carpets to picking up the carpets would not recommend this store if you want good service

Visited with my very elderly mother who felt the need to tell the shop assistant her entire life story. Fair play to him, he was very patient and very helpful. He provided her with lots of knowledge ready for when she's ready to purchase. We'll definitely be back.

So I went into the store to be told I need to order flooring in as they don't have flooring in the correct size for an average living room so we agreed to that and next we went to look at the options. Apparently nothing you have is good for use with my dog and it's all going to end up getting wrecked so iv had no recommendations as to appropriate flooring. Today iv received a call where the numbers visible but the person on the other end refused to state he was from carpet right until Id asked a good few times who was calling. As I'm trying to clarify who I'm speaking to all I'm getting back is a debt collector approach of is this Nathan is this Nathan after confirming I was then told who was calling me.
