Noone ever answers the phone!
I had to call to see if my carpet had been delivered despite being told they would call me when it came in. I left 3 messages and had to drive to the shop to speak to someone! Dreadful service

My wife went to look for carpet, no greeting or welcome and no offer to help, despite having no other customers to serve! So why is that employee working in that environment... brand damaging.
