One of the best carpet stores I have seen -- the interior of the building is very inspiring. The staff were very helpful, they helped me choose a floor as I was not sure exactly what I wanted. They were also happy and patient to answer any questions that I had. I really like the flooring I was assisted in choosing. I highly recommend visiting.

Myself and my wife recently came to tapi carpets looking for something nice for our passage away and wasn't quite sure at the time what to get. The customer service was really great especially Adele, who was very help in deciding what to get. She pointed out the colour of the vinyl. Now that it's fitted it's looks lovely and we are very impressed. This is the second time we have been to tapi carpets and would recommend to anyone.

Had great service and advice in the Llanelli shop. The staff were lovely. Had carpet fitted by Craig who was very nice, polite, did an amazing job of the fitting and was great with my kids and dogs. Would recomend them and i am extreamly happy with my new carpt. Top job, thank you

Can't praise them enough, they were marvellous when I went to the shop, very helpful and nothing was too much bother for them. The carpet was a very good quality and very reasonably priced. An absolute dream to deal with from start to finish. Fabulous advice and service in store from Jonathan. He was attentive in spite of my indecision and wasn’t at all pushy. Jonathan allowed me the space to play around with underlay and carpet combinations until I was ready to commit. He was able to book a fitting in within the week and explained exactly what communication to expect and when. The gentleman fitting the carpet was incredibly thorough and efficient. He called first thing in the morning to give us a one hour delivery timeframe and arrived well within that window meaning I wasn’t stuck waiting at home all day. A delightful experience overall.
