Spoke with Pat on the phone and she was very helpful. Ordered 2 bouquets on-line and the flowers were delivered to the funeral directors in good time. They were absolutely lovely - fresh flowers, vibrant colours and beautifully put together. Highly recommended!

Petal Cascade were absolutely amazing - I called with quite an unusual order for a funeral at very short notice. The team were really helpful and worked really hard with their suppliers to make sure we could have what we wanted. The arrangement did not disappoint and was the focal point. The entire family were really

We ordered a basket for a funeral. It was the Platinum Jubilee weekend inbetween ordering so only a few days notice was possible. The flowers arrived on time and they were beautiful.

Ordered a pink cushion tribute online for my sister’s funeral. Delivery and customer service were first class. When I saw the cushion of flowers at the funeral, I was astounded that it looked even better than the picture on the website. I think that everyone at the funeral commented on how nice it looked. Will definitely use again - hopefully not for a funeral next time!

Ordered funeral flowers from Petal Cascade. All the flower arrangements were amazing.
Specifically requested an owl flower arrangements for my mum who loved owls. The owl flower arrangement was incredible. It was a lovely tribute to my mum.

Disgustingly rude staff!
They didn’t look up to greet me, one member of staff made a sarcastic comment at me and the second member spoke to me as if I was a parasite that had just entered the shop.
I walked straight back out and would never give them my custom.
There is no excuse to treat anyone in this manner let alone a customer!
I have noticed there are several reviews of a similar vein so if you would like to be treated with respect and valued as a customer then DO NOT use this place!

Petal Cascade went above and beyond for our perfect wedding day! The flowers brought the rooms to life and the beautiful centre pieces stole the show. Every single bouquet had such an elegant touch with fine attention to detail, from the stunning buttonholes to the bride's and bridesmaids bouquets. Along with the above, all of the flowers were delivered in a timely manner and were beautifully presented. Thank you once again for going that extra mile for us, they were perfect.
