Amazing local business! There was an issue with a delivery I had ordered from another (very well known) company and Fleur Couture completely saved the day! I ordered at about 10am and a gorgeous bouquet was with my friend for her birthday by 3pm! Thank you so much Fleur Couture, my friend loved the flowers!

I spent some time online finding the flowers and presentation I required for my wife's birthday, ordering and paying a week in advance to ensure there would be no problems.
Very disappointed to be told on the morning of delivery a basket was not available for my flowers, leaving me with no choice but to accept an alternative. This is not the top class service I expected when paying top money.
However the flowers were superb!

Wanted to arrange some flowers for my mum's funeral but wasn't too sure what to choose. The staff were very helpful and made a hand tied bouquet, which was beautiful and stunning. Thank you. Definitely recommend.

I live in Ireland and it’s great to be able to order flowers or plants that I know will be of good quality and delivered to my family in Nelson when promised.
I ordered a Mother’s Day plant and chocolates this morning over the phone. The girl that I spoke to was absolutely fantastic and a credit to any shop or business. Ordering from one of the larger companies is sometimes disappointing, so this will be the way I do it every time from now on. Thanks for your outstanding service this morning.
